The Empowering Fearless Birth Expo is coming again February 18, 2017!
Last year at the expo hundreds of pregnant women and their families attended hoping to learn their options about childbirth. With classes ranging from preparing for your VBAC, cloth diapering, and how to have a healthy and strong pregnancy, many women walked away with such great information and empowerment.
An excerpt from Karissa Neely from the Daily Herald about last year’s event: “Karina Robinson, a birth doula from Centerville, said more parents need to know their birth options.
“Many parents go into it picking a care provider because their cousin’s cousin liked them, but that care provider may not be the right fit for you and what you are wanting for your birth experience,” Robinson said. “This event is designed to help parents know that they have options and to explore their options, regardless of where or how they choose to give birth.””
This year’s classes and workshops include:
- Preparing for a VBAC
