Utah Birth Services
Pregnancy, labor, and postpartum can be vulnerable times, and your Utah midwife firmly believes you should feel supported and empowered throughout your perinatal period.
In addition to low-risk pregnancies, we also specialize in helping people who are preparing for a VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean), or VBA2C (Vaginal Birth After 2 Cesareans), as well as people who have diabetes during pregnancy. Your Utah midwife is here to help educate you about your birth options and help you feel comfortable and excited to give birth.
“Giving birth should be your greatest achievement, not your greatest fear.”
-Jane Weideman

Birth Partners
We love guiding birth partners to be as involved in the birth experience as much as they are comfortable. We help them to feel like they can help you through labor, and be just as involved as you are, by guiding them in ways to help make you comfortable during pregnancy and labor, and even postpartum. Your birth partner has an intimate knowledge of you and we have an intimate knowledge of birth; together, we make the ultimate team. We will help them to feel included every step of the way.
Prenatal Visits
During our prenatal visits, we discuss ALL of your options during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We look forward to helping you achieve your goals for your upcoming birth. We are very familiar with natural remedies for many pregnancy ailments.

Our Services
We also offer The Bradley Method® classes, mother blessing ceremonies, moxibustion to help turn breech babies, placenta encapsulation, and Bengkung belly binding.
